AI Harness Coding goes through five stages

A one-line request is never turned straight into code. It becomes a work instruction carrying your company's standards, and what comes out of it is reviewed again.

    Reading the structure

    Documents, screens, source and data are read to recover the structure and its relationships. This is where ez2AI-Core, our own trained network, works.

    Design

    Menu → database → API → components → tests → permissions. Nothing moves on until the stage before it stands.

    Work instruction

    "I need a screen like this" is dressed in your rules, terminology and design standards to become a full work instruction. You never write the prompt yourself.

  4. 4

    Code production

    Code is written from that instruction. The server starts inside the screen and you check it in the browser. The desktop app runs exactly the same result.

  5. 5

    Counter-review

    What was built is read back against your standards and the network's findings — a verdict, the grounds for it, the company knowledge referenced, and a proposed correction.

A harness is the gear that holds a climber. Design holds the code from the front, review holds it from behind.

It does not end when the code appears. The grounds are set before it is built, and the same grounds are used to look at it again.

The documents come out of what was built

Documents are never written separately. The approved design supplies the first ones; the actual code and work records supply the last ones.

Design documents and business plans

They follow the design as it is settled. Screen structure and data structure are taken from the design, not invented.

Completion reports and deliverables

Written from the code that was actually built and the record of the work. A feature that was never built has no place in the report.

Asked for in conversation

Add the material, agree the direction in conversation, and a draft is written. A draft is only produced when you explicitly ask for one.

The design cannot be skipped

The menu must be settled before the data, and the data before the features. Because everything is built in that order, the rules set at the start hold even as features multiply.

Documents are never written separately

The design and the documents come from the same place. Change the design and the documents change with it. There is no gap for them to drift into.

Nothing is invented without grounds

Where there is nothing to verify against, no plausible answer is produced; the point is left marked as requiring confirmation. A person looks at it and decides.

It does not end as a fragment of code

Design documents, tests and work records remain alongside it. The next person does not have to start by asking again.

We separate where each piece of data is processed

Reading and analysing your material happens in a domestic cloud. Only the stages that write code and documents use an external AI.

Knowledge processing — domestic cloud

Processing, storing and searching your source documents runs on NAVER Cloud Platform GPUs. The source documents are handled only inside it.

AI Neural Analysis — domestic cloud

ez2AI-Core reads your existing material and recovers how the data relates. It is small enough to run without an external connection, and that capability was confirmed by an accredited test.

Code and document writing — external AI in your own name

Only these two stages use an external model. What leaves is the work instruction and its result, nothing else. You can choose and swap between commercial, open-source and self-hosted models.

Kept apart, and installable on your own servers

All material is stored separately by company, team and user. If not a single line may leave, we install on your own servers and finish code production inside them.
