No usage overages: The fee is monthly and usage does not add extra charges.
External AI subscription: Individual plans (Lite, Solo) require your own subscription. Business plans (Pro, Max) include seats, with the account created in your company's name.
You own the code and deliverables: All rights to the code and deliverables you create belong to you.
Consulting and server setup are separate: If needed, these are quoted separately at published rates.
