The essential ez2AI beginner’s guide

1. Download the installer

   Sign in to the ez2AI website, then select Windows or macOS under Agent download.

   Open the ez2AI website ↗

2. Install the app

   Double-click the downloaded file, then select Next → Install.

3. Approve sign-in

   Select Sign in with browser in the app. Sign in in the browser, check that it is your account, then select Approve.

4. Choose a storage folder

   Select a folder on the Choose your workspace screen. Finish installing the required components and complete the app tour to get started.

Available menus may vary by plan and your company’s feature settings.

1. Create a task

   Select Agent → New task (+) → Create task. Sending a sentence describing what you want also creates a new task automatically.

2. Attach reference material

   Select Attach file or drag files into the chat. Include any company templates or application forms.

3. Request the document you need

   Specify the topic and file format. If you leave out the format, the AI will ask.

4. Review and revise the result

   Double-click the file under Results to open it. Describe the changes you want in the same task’s chat.

Need a PDF too? Add “Create a PDF version as well.” Use “Summarize attachments” to organize key points and figures first. Conversations are saved by task.

Review the document before submitting it. AI-generated files are drafts. Check figures, facts, and company details before use.

1. Prepare a task

   Open an existing task or create a new one, then attach your idea or planning document.

2. Discuss the draft

   Ask “Create a draft development design from the attached material,” then clarify the features you need.

3. Review the draft

   Open the document under Drafts and review menus, user flows, exceptions, and validation steps. Continue the conversation to fill in anything missing.

4. Start the design

   Select Design. If there is no project yet, select Create new project → Create and assign. Review the options, then select Request design.

5. Develop through chat

   When the design is ready, select Go to coding mode. Request one feature at a time and use the option cards to answer the AI’s questions.

6. Run it and check the result

   Select Start development server (▶) → Open in browser (globe icon). Check input, saving, and search. When finished, stop the server with Stop (■).

Need backend data storage? Select “Switch to full development.” First, check the screens and flow in the prototype. Then select “Switch to full development” above the chat input in coding mode to start building the backend for data storage.
