Cost and timing depend on the product, data volume, integrations, infrastructure, and security requirements. A standard implementation is planned across a roughly 15-week process, while the actual scope and estimate are confirmed during the consultation.

Are original documents and photos sent to external AI?

Original documents, drawings, photos, and meeting records are processed within the ez2AI operating environment. In a hybrid setup, only the question and minimum context needed to generate an answer are sent to the selected external LLM. If no external transmission is allowed, choose an air-gapped deployment.

ez2AI does not send the full original document to an external LLM. Data retention and training use depend on the selected model and contract terms; if both external transmission and external training must be blocked, consider ez2Model with an in-house inference environment.

Customer databases, workspaces, and permissions are managed separately. During implementation, we confirm the data access scope and permission policy so that one customer's data is not exposed to another customer.

ez2AI-Core is not a replacement for a general-purpose LLM that writes natural-language answers. It is a neural core that classifies and links relationships between structured databases and unstructured material according to your company's own conventions. In an accredited test it found every relationship the answer key listed (100% recall) and flagged one more the answer key did not contain. That capability matters because real legacy systems have no answer key at all. The result is limited to the tested scope.
